eMail Communication Tools

HAVA Partners program includes email communication to users registered in the system. Clients can use the email capability to send a pre-written message to users that fit a description (for example, registered in the system but not yet scheduled into a face-to-face session).  The system has an email editor so you can modify the “blast email” as necessary. Alternatively, clients can use the system to send custom emails to select users. A preferred contact allows you to reach your workforce using each person’s preferred method: email, text message, phone, or regular mail.
